This Department is composed of four Certified Public Accountants, and several assistants.  In addition to daily accounting matters, mainly registrations, preparation of financial statements and the preparation and filing of tax returns, this department focuses on tax planning and handling of foreign trade issues (export/import), with specific expertise in Customs regulations that relate to trading within the Mercosur.

Also worth of mentioning is the offshore activity that this department carries out, which includes the administration of offshore companies as well as the structuring of offshore transactions and investments.
