Since our practice covers matters of almost all sectors of the economy, our litigation work is diverse. It includes all phases of preparation, trial and appellate litigation of actions in all courts, judicial and administrative, throughout the country. We also provide assistance in international cases, by means of local support and rendering opinions on local law. In addition, we are regularly involved in local and international arbitration cases. Because of the variety of the litigation matters we participate in, our members of the Litigation Department have developed as generalist litigators, and earned reputation for facing challenging and critical litigation.

 Through the regular representation of financial entities (banks, funds, brokers) the Firm has acquired special expertise in banking litigation, which involve disputes on bank accounts and banking operations, bank secrecy violations, collection of loans, negotiable instruments and accounts receivables, granting and enforcement of security, as well as significant experience in the negotiation and recovery of assets in workouts and other insolvency situations.
