Graduated as Attorney at Law from the University of the Republic in 2008. In 2015 she completed a Master’s degree in Corporate Law at the University of Montevideo.

Cecilia has extensive experience providing assistance to local and multinational companies in highly complex commercial and financial operations. In 2009 she advised Cepa Internacional on the partial sale of their capital stock to a strategic investor. In 2010 she counseled Banco Santander in structuring and implementing “Livestock Three Million”, a national program that aims to intensify beef production in Uruguay.

She also adviced Banco Santander on the legal structuring to finance AKUO Energy wind park. At present, she participates in sales transactions, project finance operations and legal-financial structuring for the issue of securities to finance real estate projects.

  • 2017– Advised in the acquisition of Myrin S.A.  

  • 2016 –  Advised in the acquisition of Tienda Inglesa.

  • 2014 – Participated in a long-term project financing granted by Credit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank to Cobra Group, for the financing, construction, installation, commissioning and operation of a wind farm in Uruguay.

  • 2013 – Participated in the structuring of an equity trust “Torres Nuevo Centro” residential building complex.
