He has a wide experience advising companies in labour, tax and regulatory aspects. His legal practice in labour counseling involves the resolution of complex queries, redaction of agreements, collective bargaining with unions, reorganization processes, as well as advising in matters related to labour safety and occupational health.

In the tax area his legal practice envisages the fiscal and social security counseling companies intervening in litigations related to the revocation of Administration acts before the Contentious Administrative Court and the unconstitutional declaration of tax laws before the Supreme Court.

Besides, he has experience in Administrative Law, counseling and representing companies in food regulatory aspects within the administrative procedures before the Ministry of Public Health, Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, Local Governments and other public organisms.

  • 2018 – Counseling to the Yacht Club Uruguayo in the dismissal of a union leader and defense in the later reinstatement lawsuit submitted by such employee jointly with the trade union.
  • 2017 – Favorable resolution of the Contentious Administrative Court in an annulment action against a sanction imposed by the Local Government of Montevideo for infractions related to the commerce of expired products.
  • 2017 – Representation of the Association of Warehouse Importers and Wholesalers in the public consultation promoted by the Ministry of Industry for the regulation project regarding “Labeling of Packaged Foods”.
