On February 8, 2012, the Uruguayan Chamber of Commerce and Services (CNCS, after its acronym in Spanish) organized a simposium in relation to a legislative proposal which is prodded by OECD's pressure to identify the beneficial owners of Uruguayan corporations with bearer shares.
