Maria Elena Uriarte joined the firm in 2010. Since joining the firm she has been working for the Litigation Department.

Graduated from the University of Montevideo, School of Law as Doctor in Law and Social Sciences in the year 2011, she is currently finishing her Notary Public Degree at the same university.

In the year 2010 she authored the article "General Principles of Professional Responsibility" which was published in the Volume 19 of the University of Montevideo's Law Journal.

She is proficient in English and Spanish and fluent in Portuguese.
