Nicolas Constantinidi is an associate with the firm. He specializes in Litigation and also practices Banking Law and Bankruptcy Law and Restructurings.
Graduated from the University of Montevideo, School of Law in the year 2009 as Doctor in Law and Social Sciences, he also obtained a degree from the University of Minnesota in the year 2006 in International Commercial Transactions.
He participates in complex litigation and provides advice to financial institutions. As example of the latter, he counsels on a daily basis the Department of Special Assets of BancoItaú. As for the former, he represents FrigorificoTacuarembo (meat packing) in a claim filed against Mediterranean Shipping Company and the bookstore Yenny in a claim filed for illegal reproduction of image.
In 2011 he co-authored the Uruguay Chapter for the 5th Edition of the M&A Review, published by the editorial Law Business Research Limited.
