Virginia Soca is a notary public. Since her enrollment in the firm she has supervised the verification of corporate authority and powers for the opening and handling of accounts in Banco Santander.

Graduated as Notary Public from the University of Uruguay, School of Law and Social Sciences in 1994, she obtained a degree from the ORT University in Executive Development in 2003. She is a member of the Uruguayan Association of Notaries.

Between 1994 and 2000 she worked for the notarial firm of SerranaCapandeguy, mainly working in conveyances and secured transactions for ABN AMRO Bank. In 2002 she worked for BancoComercial as a consultant in secured transactions.

From 2003 till 2010 she provided notarial services to Abitab.
